Why Have We Got Problems With Our Health?

There are many problems, which are common for all young people. For example: how to spend free time, what to do after finishing school, how to deal with the classmates and parents. But one of the most important problem is how to save our health.
•
The state of your body depends on how much time you spend doing sports. At least everybody must do morning exercises every day. The most healthy kinds of sports are swimming, running and cycling.
•
About 50 children from our school go in for sports. I asked a question and received answers:

As you can see, the number of pupils who goes in for sports is not quite enough .

Healthy food is also a very important factor. Overeating causes many dangerous diseases. The daily menu should include meat, fruit and vegetables, milk product, which are rich in vitamins, fat, proteins and so on.
Now
,
you can see what we can eat and buy in our school canteen. Of course, we can eat soup or something else , but most of us prefer to buy fast food.

Why do people prefer fast food? Firstly, it is a good chance to have a snack when you do not have enough time. This food is cooked very fast and you don`t need to wait for a long time being hungry. Secondly, fast food is not expensive and you can buy it almost everywhere. If you want to
eat you don`t have to pay a lot of money for it. Thirdly, fast food is
tasty.

We should understand that food is an important part of our life. We should choose healthy food which is not harmful for us. I am against of fast food but sometimes I can allow to have a snack when I am terribly hungry and I do not have enough time to eat properly. Food must be useful but fast food destroy our health, but we know that "health is the greatest wealth". I asked our schoolmates a question: ”How often do you eat fast food and drink fizzy drinks?”

Some teens begin smoking and drinking alcohol to show that they are grown

ups already. This will lead to poor health in future (especially for girls). I don’t like smoking and I think you mustn’t do it to look like a cool girl. Do you know that every year three million people die of smoking? Do you know that your life is 25% shorter if you smoke? But in Russia more than 76% smoke. If you want to be healthy and strong you should give up your bad habits.

As for our school, I can say that it’s attending by 293 pupils. Many children have serious diseases : •

Another words, 18 % have a very serious disease.

We have PE three times a week , some of us are going in for sports, but it’s not enough. I asked teenagers to answer the questions:

To be healthy, people should get rid of their bad habits. It's necessary to stop smoking and drinking much. Everyone should remember that cigarettes, alcohol and drugs destroy both body and brain. Besides according to statistics most of crimes are committed by people under the influence of drugs and alcohol. I think that every teen must go into sports or have a hobby, and know that you are responsible for your life by yourself.
The health of a person is the main value in the life. It cannot be bought
with any money!
