Basic operation
Introduction
This is manual for Chinese lock management system. This system used autonomous locks with RFID.
Start-up & Quit
Lock management system launch
Through the Windows Start menu Move the mouse to the program
Open intelligent lock management
system, intelligent lock management system launched Double-click the Windows desktop through the intelligent management system locks
quick start. In Explorer, smart locks selected directory management system implementation
document“PcloudLock.EXE”

Press the Enter key or double-click the left mouse button.
Quit from the lock management system

Login to Management System
Features:
The operator identity landing management system, operation management system locks.
Operation:

Management system activated immediately after the pop-up system shown in Figure 3-1

Set system parameters
Function:
Set up the system information for system call other modules
Operation:

System parameters of the system is set up default parameters. If you run the first time
management system, landing system, the system immediately set up system parameters Box
If you need to set up management system parameters, it may be through the File menu system
parameter settings sub-menu to modify system parameters.

Note
Hotel Name
:
Put the Hotel’s name, and this name would be shown in the title bar.
Default Period: This is the default days relates to when single guests or group guests check in.
Default Checking out: is the default time for guest checking out.
Time difference means the check-in time minus the time difference, and the reservation time plus the
time difference. When issue the time adjusting cards, the time of the card=system time+ time
difference.
Effective Period means if the management card effective or not, relates to the Default Effective Time.
Default Effective Time will be effected after the management card effected. Connecting Port: is the port to connect the reader and computer.
Time card, Room setup card, Use of: if use the multi-function data collection machine to make the
relation of the card and room, then we choose Handset, otherwise if use the IC card to make it, then
we choose IC card(handset lost)

Registration System
Function:
Read the authorized cards to the database for using of other modules legally.
Operation:

As the Figure3-4, we need to read the authorized card and get a series number.

. After we got the series number, please give this number back to our engineer then we’ll offer you a
registration code. Then you put this code and click Register. It will shown the figure 3-5. Register
success.

If your management system didn’t registered as above mentioned way, then it will remind you

Current Operator Admin is the information of the current operator.
The percentage of check-in is the status of room available information.

Department Set-up
Function:
Set up all the department information include staff’s info. As well as the operators’.
Operation:

Click Department setting from Menu, then it shows as Figure 3-6

Staff Management
Function:
Add, delete and modify the staff’s information.
Operation:

belongs to, then click OK to save it.

Authorize and Define Operator
Features:
To authorize the operator and its duty limitation.

. Log in as the system administrator, click authorize and define operator from Menu as Figure 3-

Set Room Type
Features:
Set all the room type and maximum number of cards and the price for all types of rooms.

If you want to remove a room type, then click the room type you want to delete, click the Delete
button, the system will pop up as shown in Figure 3-23, click OK to delete to the type.

Note:
In case of modifying the used room type, then should modify all the information followed this type.
But the maximum card and price will not be changed with the modification.

Function:
Add, delete and modify the building parameter.

Function:
To record the single customer’s information and issue the guest’s card.

Group Check-In
Function:
Issuing several guest’s cards at the same time, speed up the data input time.
Operation:
Click Group check-in from Menu.

Change effective date
Function:
Modifying the effective date.

Make special card
Function:
Make the Building card, Floor card, Emergency Card, Master card, Guest Stop card, Exit Stop Card,

Check-out
Function:
Check-out and recall the guest’s card, clear up the card info.
Operation:
Put the card on the issuing machine, click return card, and clear up the information from the card as
the pictures 3-50 and 3-51.

Note:
After the guest check-out, please clear up the information from the guest card immediately, to avoid
the insecurity.

Report the loss of card
Function:
Through this function can stop the effectiveness of the lost card.
Operation:

Click the Report the loss of card from the Menu. As picture 3-52.

. Choose the card type, building number and the card holder as well as the card number, and click
find, it will show the lost card.

. Click lost, to report this card is not effective anymore.

Note:
This software can support inexactly search, means can only put the last few number of cards, or just
the family name of the card holder, then it will show all the relates results.

Cancel Reporting the loss
Function:
Resume the lost card which already been reported loss, and make it effective again.
Operation:

Click Cancel Reporting the loss from the Menu.

Function:
This function for the guest check-out without card or lost card.

Function:
To handle with the case of the guest leaving without check.

Record of Making Card.
Function:
To check the cards made by the operator, and for the administrator to supervise it.

Example: To find a certain period of time an operator card records of ownership, will have to type in
the card box to select all card types of people in the card system operator to select a column and select

Function:

Function:
