It gives energy, strength development, and with its proper use it gives health and physical activity. People’s health depends on food. It is about 70%. Food is often the main source of most diseases, but still with its help you can get rid of illnesses. These are the colours of vegetables and fruit which are necessary to keep people healthy. Elevated blood cholesterol, obesity, tooth decay, diabetes, impaired lipid metabolism, hypertension, constipation, increased uric acid in the blood - this is an incomplete list of so-called "diseases of civilization" caused by malnutrition. With healthy eating and healthy lifestyles (exercises, avoid stress, quit smoking) maybe: you can escape from diseases, get healthy and attractive appearance, become slender and young, become physically and mentally active. In general, what is healthy eating? It means to eat different kinds of products, to have a balanced diet. But it must be tasty, inexpensive. Ё!
