Cover Picture Philippe Brunet, Eric Demers, Thierry Maris, Gary D. Enright, and James D. Wuest* Permeable molecular crystals can be specifically designed to let external agents enter, react, and produce single crystals of new substances with retention of the original crystalline architecture. Such topotactic processes can be made to cross-link molecular crystals covalently, thus capturing temporary supramolecular constructs as permanent crystalline macromolecular replicas. The Communication by J. D. Wuest et al on page 5303 ff. describes how suitable dithiols react with exposed allyl groups in such a manner.
