page 6060 ff. N. Martn, F. Cosso, and co-workers describe how the use of a suitable
chiral catalyst controls the addition of fullerenes to both faces of a 1,3-dipole, thus
determining the stereochemical outcome. The careful choice of the experimental
conditions affords chiral [70]fullerene derivatives with unusually high site- and
regioselectivity.
