Задание 1.
Цель работы: На основе сети, построенной в лабораторной работе №2, создать очередь приоритетов, т.е. информация должна передаваться в зависимости от установленного ей приоритета.
Добавить генерацию пакетов серверами: сервера отправляют пакеты только друг другу. Приоритет данных пакетов 3 или 4.
