3. Тип урока: урок "открытия" нового знания
4. Деятельностная цель: формирование способности учащихся к решению коммуникативных задач
Образовательная цель: формирование коммуникативных навыков по теме "Английский язык - международный язык" в устной речи
5. Задачи урока.
Обучающие: 1. Обогатить знания учащихся в области страноведения.
2. Формировать лексические, аудитивные навыки и навыки чтения по теме "Английский язык - международный язык".
3. Активизировать навыки монологической и диалогической речи.
Развивающие: 1. Развивать мышление, умение давать оценку, высказывать своё мнение на английском языке.
2.Развивать интеллект, воображение. Воспитательные:
1.Формировать интерес и уважение к культуре англо-говорящих стран.
2.Воспитывать культуру общения.
3.Формировать умение работать в группах, парах, помогать друг другу. 4. Показать значимость и важность изучения английского языка в современном мире на доступном этому возрасту уровне. 6. Приобретаемые навыки детей:
ребята учатся работать в группах, анализировать, сопоставлять, обобщать полученные результаты;
развивают интеллект, логическое мышление, воображение;
воспитывается культура общения на английском языке.
7. Метапредметы: география, история, обществознание
8. Формы организации работы детей: фронтальная, групповая, парная, индивидуальная.

Ход урока.
1. УВЭ: Слайд 1
T: Good day, my dear friends!
Ch: Good day, teacher!
T: How are you?
Ch: Fine, thanks and you?
T: I'm fine too. Sit down. Today we are going to discuss a very interesting topic. Please, listen to the children.
2. Мотивационный этап Слайд 1
T: Who are these children? What countries are they from? Russia? Ch: No. Hungary, Italy and may be Russia.
T: What language do they speak? Ch: English.
T: Why not Italian, for example?
Ch: Children from other countries wouldn't understand Italian. T: Why do all of them understand English?
Ch: Because English is an international language.
T: Right you are! And that is the topic of our lesson. Слайд 2

3. Этап систематизации имеющихся знаний учащихся
T: Tell me, please, have you ever been to a Virtual Museum of English Language? Ch: No.
T: No? So, let's visit it now. Слайд 5
So, dear guests, welcome to our museum. And this is the plan of our museum. And I am your guide. As you see, there are 3 halls in our museum: Past, Present and Future. What do you think you will see in every hall?
What concerns to past?

T: First of all, we go to PAST hall. Слайд 6 These are your tickets. I'd like to divide you into 3 groups: Group № 1 will be CORRESPONDENTS. Group № 2 will be EXPERTS. Group № 3 will be DESIGNERS.
- Correspondents always ask questions. Your task is to make up the questions. (Приложение 1)
- Experts know everything. Your task is to give answers. You should match the questions with the answers. (Приложение 2)
- And designers should make a colorful poster. Match the texts with the pictures. (Приложение 3)
Is everything clear? I give you 3 minutes.
T: Let's check your answers.

5. Этап промежуточного контроля усвоения нового знания учащимися
T: Very good! Thank you! Take your seats.
Now I am going to check your knowledge. I'll say the statements. If the statement is true, you should clap your hands. If it is false, you should stamp your feet.
1) English is a new language. -

Т: Now we are ready to go to the next hall. We are going to talk about English now. Слайд 7, 8
T: Tell me, please, is it necessary to learn English?
Ch: Yes, it is.
T: Why is it necessary?
Ch: There are different reasons.
T: The reasons may also be and positive, and negative. So, let's read some of the reasons. We are going to work in groups again. - Experts, your task is to find the reasons (причины) which have the opposite meanings (противоположные значения). (Приложение 4)
- Designers, your task is to find the reasons for and against learning English. (Приложение 4)
- Correspondents, you should find out (выяснить) the main reasons among (среди) your classmates for learning English and make a chart. (Приложение 5)
