Electrical Resistivity and Seebeck Coefficient of Sr6Co 5O15. — Sr6Co5O15 and
Ca3Co 2O6 are synthesized by solid state reaction in air from mixtures of SrCO3 or
46- 012 CaCO
3 and Co3O 4 (1123—1243 K, 70 h). The samples are characterized by powder
XRD, electrical resistivity, and Seebeck coefficient measurements. The compounds
exhibit semiconducting behavior between 300 and 1120 K. The Seebeck coefficients
