Fabrication and Photoluminescence of Chemically Stable La2O3:Eu3+—La2Sn2O7
Core—Shell-Structured Nanoparticles. — The title nanoparticles are prepared by
02- 012 SnO2-coating of LaOF:Eu3+ nanoparticles in an aqueous NaOH solution of Na2SnO3 at
60 °C and subsequent heat treatment at 1000 °C. The samples are characterized by
XRD, TEM, and PL and PLE spectroscopy. The nanoparticles exhibit high chemical
stability under ambient conditions and intense red photoluminescence upon irradiation
