of the title compound are synthesized in various sizes from solutions of B2Se 3 and CdCl 2
in oleylamine (60—200 °C, 10 s—2 h). The samples are characterized by XRD,
HRTEM, UV/VIS, and pholuminescence spectroscopy. The relatively narrow fluorescence spectral range is well within the practical limit for stringent applications such as
