Pr3Se2SiN3: The First Nitrido-cyclo-Trisilicate with Discrete [Si 3N9]15- Anions Acto Pr9Se6[Si3N9]. — The title compound is obtained as a by-product from the
05- 019 cording
oxidation of Pr metal with Se and NaN3 in the presence of PrCl3 and NaCl as flux (evacuated silica tubes, 900 °C, 7 d; wall reaction). Pr 9Se 6[Si 3N9] crystallizes in the trigonal
space group R3 with Z = 6 (single crystal XRD). The crystal structure contains discrete
nitrido-cyclo-trisilicate units [Si3N9]15-, whose six-ring structure is realized via three
