Structural and Electrical Properties of Cr1-xRuxSb2. — Title compounds with
≤ x ≤ 1 are characterized by electrical resistivity, Hall coefficient, and thermoelectric

measurements, and by powder XRD. The samples are all semiconducting in
spite of the gradual change of the valence electron number upon substitution of Ru for
Cr. It is suggested that the electrical conduction mechanism is mainly of hopping type
for x ≤ 0.6 and is an ordinary band conduction for x > 0.6. — (HARADA*, T.;
