Synthesis of Co3O4 Nanorod Bunches from a Single Precursor

from an aqueous solution of CoCl2 and (NH2)2CO (autoclave, 95—120 °C, 12 h) and
decomposed at 300 °C for 5 h in air to form the title nanorods. The samples are characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM, TGA, and XPS. It is suggested that the synthetic strategy may provide a promising method for the preparation of other nanorod-based
