Palladium Pincer Complex Catalyzed Stannyl and Silyl Transfer to Propargylic
Synthetic Scope and Mechanism. — The present paper gives a full ac25- 178 Substrates:
count of previous results concerning the reactions of type (I) with ditin compound (II)
in the presence of DAP. In addition, the synthetic scope of the method is extended to
secondary propargyl substrates including propargyl epoxides, and to silylstannanes.
Selenium-containing pincer complex DSP is found to have increased activity in comparison to DAP. All reactions proceed with high regioselectivities leading exclusively
to allenyl products in most cases. DFT modeling studies of the transfer of the Me3Sn
