Hydrogen Bonds in Potassium Amide-Ammonia(1/2), KNH2и2NH3. ? The title
compound is obtained as a side product in the reaction of distilled potassium with the
closo-dodecaborate Cs2B12 H12 in liq. NH3 (-78 ? -38 ░C, 20 d). The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group C2221 with Z = 4 (single crystal XRD at
123 K). KNH2и2NH3 contains one-dimensional infinite potassium-amide-ammonia-strands parallel to the crystallographic c-axis which are interconnected by interstrand
