This invention relates to a refuse or garbage
body and it has for one object to provide a pack
ing means in said body for moving and packing

As shown, the body is mounted on a vehicle
which will ordinarily be an automotive vehicle
such as a motor truck, although itmight be
mounted on a trailer or other vehicle. The mech
anism is operated hydraulically and for that
reason there shouldbe associated with the vehicle
in some manner a means for driving a pump
which circulates the iiuid for operating the hy
draulic mechanism.
