This invention relates to new and useful im
provements in a snow and rain protector'gar
ment.

More particularly, the invention proposes an
improved garment as mentioned which is made
of waterproof material, either rubberized or
treated with water'repellent substances, and ar
ranged to be reversible, and being dark on one
side and white on the other side. This garment
