The present invention relates to high pressure
?uid medium dispensing systems, and more par
ticuiarly to systems for storing and releasing a
high pressure ?uid medium adapted to be uti
lized for ?re extinguishing and various other pur
poses.
The present invention. aims to provide an im
proved system comprising one or more recep
opening and closing of the ?uid medium retain
ing and releasing means.

by way of example, it will be understood that

sure actuated devices and for other purposes
where a relatively large amount of high pressure
?uid medium, or a portion thereof, may be em
ployed. Also, while the system described here

ciated that such systems may be utilized for
storing and dispensing other high pressure ?uid
media in gaseous or lique?ed state which media

As various changes may be made in the form,

advantages, it is to be understood that all matter

I claim:
1. In a ?uid pressure medium dispensing sys
tem, the combination ,of a receptacle for con
taining a ?uid medium under pressure, ?uid
medium retaining means for said receptacle, de
livery means into which ?uid medium from said
receptacle is delivered when released, ?uid
medium actuated operating means for said re
