An object of the present invention is to provide an
arrangement wherein these disadvantages are obviated,
the apparatus according to the invention being character
ised in that it comprises a rotatable roller around the
curved surface of which are arranged folding elements

The invention will be described further, by way of
example, with reference to the accompanying drawings 40
