Join the Delta-Sierra District in a seminar on how to prevent Construction
Fraud presented by Nancy Young of Moss Adams. A former audit
manager for the state of Oregon and a certified fraud examiner, Nancy
has been with Moss Adams since 2006. She performs fraud investigations
for her clients, often working with law enforcement agencies as well as
her clients’ attorneys to prepare evidence and provide testimony.
Fraud can be committed by anyone—males and females, managers and
employees, college and high school graduates. In the construction
industry, the median loss per instance of fraud is $300,000; from padded
expense reports, sophisticated billing schemes, and other fraudulent
behavior.
