HOW TO BOOK CORPORATE TRAVELS

LOG IN
My page professional: If you have the authority to book
travels on behalf of others on your company, log in here.
Once logged in, you can book tickets, change bookings, add
invoice references and Favourite Routes.
PURCHASE CORPORATE TRAVEL
This is the first page of Purchase corporate travel. If
you are authorised to order travel using a customer
number, you see the specific number here.
If you are authorised to order travels using several
customer numbers, you select the relevant number.
Enter �from’ and �to’ stations. You just have to
enter the first letters of the place name, and then
select the right place in the drop-down list.
Indicate whether you want the timetable sorted by departure
time or arrival time and indicate also the travel date. You can
enter the details for the return journey at the same time.
PASSENGERS
To add passengers that are already linked to the company, search via
their name or their customer card. If you wish to enter a temporary
passenger, just fill in the name of the passenger and click on Add
If you need help or would
like more information, click
on the question mark.
This is where you indicate whether the passenger
holds a SJ Annual pass, SJ Prio card or an other
customer card.
TIMETABLE
This is where you indicate time of departure
an choose level of ticket flexibility.
In parenthesis, you see how many earlier and later departures there
are on the same day. By clicking on Earlier journeys in the previous 24
hrs and Later journeys in the next 24 hrs you expand the timetable and
get an overview of all departures and different pricing options .
If your company has a corporate discount at
a certain flexibility level, it is marked. The
corporate discount is here for Refundable
ticket, in both 1 Class and 2 Class.
TIMETABLE
To change the day of travel simply switch to
the previous or next day by clicking on the
dates. If you want to make a completely
new search, open the tab Change search.
CHANGE SEARCH
Change search allows you new
choices without having to go back.
ADDED EXTRA
This is where you can indicate any specific
seat request, e.g. a seat in the quiet zone, at
a table or an actual specific seat.
If you travel on X 2000 train or in 1st
Class, a reserved seat is included.
If you have chosen to travel 1st Class on X 2000, you
can choose to add a meal, either per passenger or for
the whole group.
If you have chosen to travel 2nd Class on X 2000 or
the double decker you can choose Internet onboard as
added extra. If you travel in 1st class it is included.
OVERVIEW
If you need a taxi to or from
the train or a hotel room,
you can book it here.
Here you can indicate if the passenger
holds a SJ Prio card.
If you want to book more
trips click on Add new trip.
If everything is fine, click on
Pay.
PAY
Select your payment and
delivery methods.
PAYMENT METHODS
•
Credit card:
When making a payment, the credit card number, expiry date and CVV number must be supplied.
•
SJ Invoice:
SJ invoices the company. Invoices are sent on a weekly basis.
•
Travel account:
The company is invoiced in accordance with the terms of the agreement with the company’s travel
account supplier.
DELIVERY METHODS
•
Collect:
The ticket are collected, before departure from a SJ ticket machine, a SJ Resebutik
travel office, a travel agency, an ATG agent or a PressbyrГҐn/7-Eleven outlet.
•
Mobile phone ticket:
Mobile phone tickets only work on phones linked to a Swedish or Danish mobile
phone subscription. You will receive a SMS 24 hours before departure at the latest,
which is your valid mobile phone ticket.
•
Home printed e-ticket:
Once you have completed your purchase, you can print your e-ticket from the
Reicept page. The ticket must be printed on A4 paper and brought along to the train.
•
Sent home:
The tickets will be sent by post to the address of your choice in Sweden, Norway or
Denmark for a fee.
PAY
If you choose to have the ticket delivered as a
mobile phone ticket or an e-ticket to print or a
ticket with the flexibility level Non-rebookable
ticket or Rebookable ticket, you must enter the
passenger’s details for the ticket.

CONFIRMATION
This is the order number.

SEARCH ORDER
The Search order tab is located on the first page of My
Page Pro. This is where you can rebook and cancel
tickets, credit tickets that have not been collected, and
check in to travel.

You can search order by entering the booking
number or by entering individual order details
INVOICE REFERENCE
This is where you set up default invoice references for different
travellers at your company. This means that you will not need to
enter this every time you make a booking as the information is
already filled in.
BOOK HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
The Book Hotel Accommodation tab is located on the first page of
My Page Pro. You can book hotel accommodation either in
combination with a train journey or separately. It is also possible to
book hotel accommodation when you get to the Overwiev in
Purchase Corporate Travel.
FAVOURITE ROUTE
The Favourite Route function makes the booking easier. You name your
Favourite Route and save all the details: route, seat request, added extras,
payment and delivery methods. When you wish to order a journey, you indicate
if it should be booked as a Favourite Route. The information that you have
saved will automatically be selected. You can save several Favourite Routes.
