The primary goals of this Agreement are:
 development of agreed strategy for CNS/ATM systems implementation
 co-operation in the field of ASM, ATS route network development and
AIS
 co-operation in the field of GNSS implementation
 development and harmonisation of ATM in line with policies of the
International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and the European Civil
Aviation Conference (ECAC), as well as Programmes of the European
Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL)
