CES STRUCTURES SONT UTILISABLES POUR TOUTES CONSTRUCTIONS.
The constructional component is formed by casting concrete (4) into a
steel former (1). Reinforcing steel (3) is also incorporated. Before
the concrete has cured a second sheet steel cover (3) is placed over
the opening. The steel enclosures are perforated from the outside
during manufacture. These thus provide a key for the concrete and
ensure a good liaison between the two components.

La presente invention concerne les elements constitutifs d'une
structure de batiments industriels, agricoles ou a usage d'habitation.
Actuellement, ces elements sont constitues soit 2 a) en beton
Beton arme ou pre contraint

diverses
- atmosphere corrossive
- agressions climatiques
. inconvenients s structure lourde et souvent onereuse b) en acier
Charpente du type portique ou fers treillis ou charpente tridi
mentionnelle
. avantages t legerete souplesse d'emploi
. inconvenients t sensible au feu, aux agressions climatiques et
chiuiquss main d'oeuvre specialises c) en bois assit - treillis ou
lamelle colle
Peu utilise en batiments industriels a cause de ia faible rdsis- tance
mecanique et son cout trbs leve. d) Element mixte t beton acier
L'association de ces deux composants etant realisee pardes em preintes
dans les toles genre plancher collaborant - ou par des connecteurs
soudes genre tablier de pont metallique - ou un mixage des deux
solutions connecteurs et pliage de la tole.
Les elements de structure selon l'invention reprennent l'association
du beton et de la tole d'acier mais en assurant la liaison intime par
une perforation de la tole (type rape). La densite de ces "asperites"
permet l'utilisation de toles fines. Ces "asperites8 ne seront
saillantes qu'a l'interieur du profil - la peau exterieure restera
lisse.
Le profilage du bac dependra de l'inertie recherchee et de la
configuration architecturale, mais pour des problemes de prix de
revient nous le limiterons a des formes simples et homogenes.
Toutefois les elements pourront etre a inertie variable. Pour eviter
les fissurations superficielles du beton, nous incorporons dans le
beton frais un deuxieme bac de tole perforee - celui-ci s'encastrant
dans le premier et fermant le perimetre de l'element de structure (2)
figures 1 et 2.
Ce deuxieme bac (2) pourra etre generalise toute la longueur de
l'element ou simplement aux abouts - son role dans ce dernier cas sera
d'eviter le fluage du beton aux assemblages qui provoque le desserage
des boulons.
La resurgence du beton dans les trous de la t81e nous assure un bon
enrobage des aciers de renforts 3 - figure 1 et 2 - et un bon remplis-
sage du bac.
Ces elements de structure etant plus lourds qus les poutrelles
metalliques, il importe pour eviter de grever les couts du montage sur
chan tier de prevoir des assemblages qui permettront de maintenir les
elements provisoirement sn place et ds proceder aux reglages
definitifs sans l'ai- de des grues de manutention.
Mous avens fait figurer deux montages types sur la planche 2/2.
Figure S - la tete de poteau est sertie par 2 flasques 1. Ce flasques
etant serrees par des boulons HR 3 traversant le profil. Ce poteau est
mis en place sur un prescellement de la fondation. I1 ne reste qu'a
mettre en place l'arbaletrisr qui vient glisser entre les deux
flasques 1 et reposer sur une tole pliee faisant l'angle interieur de
l'arbaletrier et du poteau. Cettetsle etant soudee sur les deux
flasques et boulonnee sur les chants du profil par des boulons (2).
Le reglage peut se faire sans la grue de manutention.
Nous procederons de m8me pour la mise en place des pannes fig. 4 et 5.
Des supports sont fixes sur les arbaletriers avant montage de ceux-ci
- fig. 5 -. Il suffit ensuite de poser les pannes dans les tales en
forme de U. Le boulonnage se fait sans la grue.
Ce procede de fabrication convient a tous les types de construc- tion:
- batiments industriels - halls
-' ilsieubles - Education Nationale
- Ouvrage d'art - Poutres roulantes, etc...

REVENDICATIONS
1. Elements de structure composes d'une ame en beton (4) renforcee ou
non d'acier a beton (3) coulee dans une tole profilee servant de
coffrage (1). Cette tole est caracterisee par le fait qu'elle comporte
des perforations en ncrevet assurant une liaison intime avec le beton.
2. Elements de structure selon la revendication 1 caracterises par le
fait qu'ils recevront en partie ou en totalite un deuxieme bac (2)
incorpore dans le beton frais (4J pour eviter les fissurations et le
fluage du beton aux assemblages.
