LES DEUX JOUES 3, 3 DE LA BOBINE POSSEDENT CHACUNE DEUX PAROIS 4, 5 ET
4, 5 REALISEES EN UN SEUL BLOC AVEC LE FUT CENTRAL 2.
L'INVENTION EST PRINCIPALEMENT UTILISEE POUR LE CONDITIONNEMENT DE
CABLES OU DE TUYAUX SOUPLES.
Spools for storing long flexible items such as coiled electric cable
are made in one piece as a tubular core flanked by a pair of hollow
circular flanges of which the inner faces develop radially from the
ends of the core. Pref. the outer faces converge into an integral
coaxial internal boss also to support each end of the spool on a
spindle. Arrangement avoids weaknesses associated with joints when
assembling cores with separate flanges using components made of card,
wood, plastic and/or metal. The one piece spools may be made by
rotational moulding, pref. incorporate tubular bridges to mutually
brace the faces of each flange: at least one such tubular brace may be
located to accept a rotary drive/braking pin coupling. Opt. the outer
surface of the tubular core may feature a shallow helical channel
pattern to induce neat coiling of the cable etc. during initial
take-up.

Bobine thermospiastique de conditionnement de produits en grande
longueur L'invention a pour objet une bobine en matiere
thermoplastique pour conditionnement de produit en grande longueur,
comportant un fut central et deux joues. Les produits en grande
longueur peuvent etre de forme meplat, cylindrique ou tubulaire et
sont par exemple des cables electriques. Ces bobines de contionnement,
actuellement utilisees sont en bois, en contreplaque, en metals lourds
ou legers ou encore en matiere plastique injectee ou moulee. A partir
d'une certaine dimension, les bobines doivent etre fabriquees en
plusieurs elements, joues et fut central separes. L'assemblage ainsi
realise par tous moyens appropries, diminue la bonne tenue mecanique
et la bonne conversation dans le temps, de la bobine. L'invention
permet de remedier a cet inconvenient en realisant une bobine
monobloc, plus legere, acceptant des deformations elastiques plus
importantes sous l'effet de chocs, supportant mieux l'usure due au
frottement des joues sur le sol au cours d'une manipulation et etant
facilement recyclable en fin de circuit de distribution. La bobine
selon l'invention est caracterisee en ce que les deux joues possedent
chacune deux parois lesdites parois et le fut central etant realises
en un seul bloc. Selon une autre caracteristique les parois externes
des deux joues se prolongent a l'interieur du fut pour realiser deux
portions cylindriques servant a assurer une portee convenable de la
bobine sur un axe support. Avantageusement des pontages, disposes
entre les deux parois de chacune des deux joues, rigidifient lesdites
joues. De preference elle comporte un systeme d'entrainement,
constitue par un trou de toc place a distance convenable du centre de
ladite bobine pour permettre l'entrainement ou le freinage de
celle-ci. La bobine comporte, en outre, des moyens disposes sur
chacune des surfaces externes desdites joues, empechant le glissement
de la bobine sur une autre bobine, lors d'un transport en position
horizon tale, par exemple en rendant les surfaces de contact
rugueuses, et comporte aussi une empreinte de section semi-circulaire,
legerement helicoidale, a la surface du fut en vue d'obtenir un
conditionnement a spires jointives tres regulier. Un autre avantage de
cette bobine est de prevoir l'etiquetage par collage ou agrafage en
logeant des etiquettes dans des empreintes appropriees a la surface de
la joue, d'une profondeur superieure a l'epaisseur de l'etiquette et
de sa fixation. Cette bobine peut etre obtenue par rotomoulage, ou par
d'autres procedes connus. I1 est decrit, ci-apres a titre d'exemple et
en reference aux figures du dessin annexe, une bobine thermoplastique
monobloc, comprenant six pontages sur chaque joue. La figure 1
represente une bobine vue de face, en coupe partielle sur la moitie
gauche. La figure 2 est une vue de gauche de la bobine. La figure 3
est un detail de la figure 1 montrant un pontage. Dans la figure 1, la
bobine 1 comporte un fut 2, et deux joues 3, 3'. La joue 3 est
constituee de deux parois 4, 5 et la joue 3' est constituee de deux
parois 4', 5'. Le fut 2 est prolonge par les parois interieures 5 et
5'. Les parois exterieures 11, 4' sont prolongees a l'interieur du fut
par deux parois cylindriques 6, 6' pour fixer la bobine sur un axe.
Chaque joue 3, 3' comporte six pontages 7. Le detail du moulage d'un
pontage est represente en figure 3, cette figure est legerement
inclinee pour respecter la position des joues par rapport a l'axe
central de la bobine. Chaque pontage est un petit tube de matiere
thermoplastique equivalente a celle de la bobine dont la longueur est
2 gale a l'epaisseur d'une joue. Les pontages sont donc visibles de
l'exterieur comme les montrent la figure 2. Un trou de toc 8
equivalent a un pontage quant a la forme et la matiere, est realise
sur une joue pour permettre ltentrainement de la bobine lors de son
remplissage ou de son devidage. Une empreinte 9 de section
semi-circulaire, legerement helicol- dale a la surface du fut le long
de la joue 3', permet le demarrage du bobinage du cable, en assurant
un conditionnement a spires jointives tres regulier. Sans sortir du
cadre de l'invention, on peut envisager la fabrication d'une bobine,
comportant plus ou moins de pontages sur chaque joue, comportant
d'autres moyens de demarrage du bobinage du cable, par exemple un
creve traversant le fut, comportant aussi d'autres moyens pour
empecher son glissement sur une joue, par exemple un dessin regulier
ou des formes geometriques s'embottant l'une dans l'autre, et
evidemment une bobine ayant des dimensions tres variees acceptant des
charges de toute nature et de tout poids.Thermospiastique Reel

ce que des pontages disposes entre les deux parois de chacune des deux

4/ Bobine de conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caracterisee en
ee qu'elle comporte un systeme d'entratnement, constitue par un trou
de toc place a distance convenable du centre de ladite bobine pour
permettre l'entratnement ou le freinage de celle-ci.

ce que des moyens, disposes sur chacune des surfaces externes desdites
joues, empechent le glissement de la bobine sur une autre bobine, lors
d'un transport en position horizontale.

oe qu'elle comporte une empreinte de section semi-circulaire, lege-
rement helieoidale, a la surface du fut en vue d'obtenir un condition
nagent a spires jointives tres regulier.
