NEW POWERS AND AUTHORITY OF THE COMMISSION ON SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP
At the national level: consideration of bills in the area of social and labor relations activities to prevent social
and labor conflicts, addressing development of labor market regulation, the promotion of effective employment.
At the sectoral level: review of strategic policy documents relevant industry, the development of social
partnership and dialogue in the industry, the definition of the basic principles of the remuneration system of the
industry.
At the regional level: the development of social partnership in the region, review of program documents of the
region, assistance to employers and workers' representatives in the settlement of labor disputes, the adoption
of measures aimed at providing employment and reducing unemployment.
For enterprise-level definition of the forms and pay systems, the definition of standards for the number of
employees, the definition of standards of work, activities, to educate the basics of labor legislation, monitoring
the implementation of the collective agreement.
