Food should have the right chemical
composition, including vitamins, minerals,
fat, carbohydrates and proteins
People should eat three or four times a day
and have hot food not snacks

overweight if they eat too much or can have
lack of weight if they don’t eat enough.

quicker, they get more oxygen and more
active metabolism
Kinds of sport can be individual such as
gymnastics, boxing, badminton, tennis,

basketball, rugby, baseball, biathlon, hockey
But sport can have negative effects such as
different infractions and physical overwork

To feel healthy and active you should sleep
enough time
Teenagers should sleep 8-9 hours a day, do
morning exercises, have breakfast and go to
school
After school they should have a short break,
do their home task, and have free time for
going for a walk, doing sport, playing, and
talking with friends, watching TV or only for
hobby

A lot of young people drink energy drinks
such as Red Bull or Burn
People become more active and happy
These effects are very temporary
After about 3 hours people become more tired
than they were before they drank the energy
drinks, they have bad mood and feel ill

The problem of drinking alcohol is very
actual nowadays
People drink alcohol to relax, feel happy, not
to be nervous, on holidays, at the parties at
first a little, but it can cause a bad disease
such as alcoholism

body and brain

smoking
A lot of people smoke in Russia and over the
world

Drugs are very serious problem of our society
A lot of young people try these things but
some of them can cause strong addiction from
the first time
Drugs make people be in unreal world,
unreal state, be happy but it is very
temporary.
They lead to destruction of the body and the
mind and death
