The purpose of the project:
to study Moscow sights and their
translation into Russian;
to study foreign tourists’ preferences and
work out a map for a week tour.
The hypothesis: Foreign guests would
prefer Moscow historical and cultural
heritage to entertainment spots.

Initially, we conducted a survey among the
classmates:
The results:
It
turned out that both Asian tourists and
Europeans are deeply interested in
traditional Moscow sights. Therefore, we
worked out a 7-day tour based on their
cultural preferences.

Red Square
Metro station- Okhotny Ryad.
There you can find St Basil’s Cathedral,
Alexandrovsky Garden, Historical Museum,
Lenin’s Tomb.
Near Red Square you can visit «Pushkin»
restaurant. It is a great place with the
traditional cuisine.

Bolshoi Theatre
Metro station – Teatralnaya.

in Moscow, Russia,

architect Joseph
Bové, which holds
performances of
ballet and opera.
Days 5-6 Cathedral of Christ
the Saviour and Pushkin
Museum of Fine Arts.
Metro station-Kropotkinskya.
Day 7
Gorky Park
Metro station - Park Cultury.
Gorky Central Park of Culture and
Leisure is an amusement park in Moscow,
named after Maxim Gorky.
Europeans, however, don't limit themselves
seeing the obvious places of interest.
Surprisingly enough, many of them are
likely to stay in Moscow longer. Those who
have chosen to live and work in Moscow,
highlight endless cafes, clubs, and park
areas.

Nightclubs:
Gogol’, metro Okhotny Rayd
Propaganda, metro Lubyanka.
Parks:
Kolomenskaya, metro Kolomenskaya

Conclusion
Moscow is a many-faced city and everyone
regardless the nationality and lifestyle will
definitely find something mesmerizing for
him/her.
P.S. “Things foreign tourists hate about Moscow”
In Russia, it is often necessary to address people with their
first name plus a patronymic. For anybody who has trouble
remembering just one name, this is a daily challenge.
Snow in April, snow in September.

The heavy artillery that Muscovites call 'fireworks' and
launch non-stop from December 31st until mid-January.
