hydrolysis process as a basis for silicones production

New concept of initial stages of hydrolytic
polycondensation mechanism radically changed methods
of components composition control in this process.
пЃ®
The main factor here is a reagent ratio in the reaction
zone, which depends on phase quasi equilibrium of
reaction system and reaction rates and reagent diffusion
ratio.

The main conclusion is that siloxane bond formation
proceeds on mechanism of heterofunctional condensation,
but no homofunctional condensation

Using of different silylating reagents
•
Easily performed silylating process allows not only change
physical characteristics of substrate in favorable way but to effect
reaction direction, to adjust the best quantity and quality
• One of the most effective silylating agents is
hexamethyldisilazane which is useful in the synthesis of
antisclerotic "Parmidin" formulation, antitumour drug "Ftorofur"
and as water-repellent agent of heat protective coating for airspace equipment
• Under request of French company SNPE we investigated that
phosgene may be used instead of “water taking agent”
• We have developed improved method of obtaining metylisocianates,
–chloroethylisociaanate used in the synthesis of “Parmidin” and
aantycaancerous preparation “Caarbospirin”, etc.

Carrying out studies in the area of non-classic
cage organoelement compound
• These products are characterized by raised coordination
number of carbon, silicon, boron and other elements atoms in
comparison to routine compounds
•
Typical representations of these compounds are polyhedral
boron molecules, as well as silatranes and germatranes
wherein coordination atom number of silicon and germanium
are increased up to five
• As growth and development regulators for plants, atrane
structure compounds exhibit more biological activity. In
particular, “Chercaz” preparation developed by our Academy
