You are now in the new Shopping Cart in your Virtual Office.
Locate your Scheduled Loyalty Orders on the right side of the screen
Process Your Loyalty Order Today
To process your Loyalty Order today click on the “Ship Now” button
located next to the appropriate Loyalty Order
Process Your Loyalty Order Today
Here you will be able to review your order before processing it.
To process your order today, just as it appears here, click “Process Order
Now.”

If you would like to make changes to the order before you process it,
click on “Return to Cart”

On the “My Cart” screen, you can make all types of changes to your order

In the LRP ID #_____ box you can review the products on your order
and make changes.

To add items to your order, use the “Quick Add to Cart” box.
Simply type in the name of the product you want to add.
Then select the appropriate item from the options given.
To see total cost of
order with shipping
and tax, click on “View
Totals” in the Order
Summary Section of
the My Cart Screen

To delete unwanted items, click the corresponding red X in the “Remove
Item” column

To change the quantity of an item, use the corresponding boxes in the
“Quantity” column
Add Points to your LRP
Process Your Loyalty Order Today
This is how you can
combine points with
your LRP Order!!!
To use your Loyalty Rewards Points to pay for product, use the dropdown menu in the “Use Points?” column.
You can also check to see how many points you have available to use
Select the quantity of that product that you would like to purchase with points.
NOTE: If you are editing your Loyalty Order, you cannot choose to
have all the products paid for with points
(Please see “Point Orders Online” for more information).
Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order
Once you have made your desired changes to your order, Click on
“Continue”.

You will be taken to the Order Review screen

Review your order to ensure it is exactly what you want
Process Your Loyalty Order Today
Click on “Continue Shopping” if you wish to add more items to your order
Click on “Return to Cart” if you want to change shipping information, credit
card info, etc.
Click on “Clear Changes” if you wish to revert your order to its last saved
status

There will also be a notice letting you know when your order will process
again if you do not make any changes beforehand.

Click “Process Order Now” to confirm that you want to process the order today

Once you choose “Process Order Now”
Your credit card will be charged and your order will ship today.
Please Note: Orders must be placed before 11:00AM MST in order
for it to ship today.
• However, the date (and volume) for the order WILL be today –
whether it ships today or tomorrow

To change your Shipping
Address (for sending a gift, sending a
Change Shipping Address
retail order to a retail customer, etc.)
click on the “Edit” link next
to your Ship To Information
A new window will appear.
In this new “Edit Shipping
Address” window, you can:
• Add new addresses
• Select previously used
addresses
• Edit previously used
addresses
• Remove old addresses

To change your Billing Address
(if you use a new card this will help prevent it
on the
“Edit” link next to your Bill To
Information

from being declined) click
A new window will appear.
In this new “Edit Billing
Address” window, you can:
• Add new addresses
• Select previously used
addresses
• Edit previously used
addresses
• Remove old addresses
Return to Table of Contents
To change your Payment
information (when credit card is expired,
or to use a different credit card on this order)
Change Payment on LRP
click on the “Edit” link next to
your Payment Information
A new window will appear.
In this new “Edit Payment
Information window, you can:
• Add new payment types
• Select previously used
payment types
• Edit previously used
payment types
• Remove old payment types
Return to Table of Contents
Change Email Address on LRP
To select where your
Confirmation Email will
be sent, click on the “Edit”
button next to “Send
Confirmation To”
A new window will appear.
In this new “Edit Email
Address” box you can enter
the email address that you
wish this order’s Confirmation
Email to be sent
NOTE: This will NOT change
the email address associated
with your account.

Change LRP Processing Date
To change your
processing date, click on
“Edit” next to “Monthly
LRP Order Processing
Date”
A new window will appear.
Choose your LRP processing date by
clicking on the date you want
• Remember: Make sure you choose
the 1-15th (with 125PV) to earn the
Product of the Month!)
• Dates that are greyed out are
closed
• Either because they are past,
or they have reached their
maximum volume

View your subtotal, shipping, tax,
Total Amount Due, and Total PV
Change your shipping method
You can also choose if the product
on the order is for your personal use,
or for resale:
• Personal Consumption should be
selected only if you do not plan
on reselling the product
purchased on this order

Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order
To edit your Loyalty Order and allow it to process on its scheduled date, click
on the button located in the “Edit” column under “Scheduled LRP Orders”

You will be taken to the “My Cart” screen to review and make changes to
your order.
Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order
You can add items to your cart in two ways:
• Quick Add to Cart
• Click on “Continue Shopping”

To use the “Quick Add to Cart” box.
Simply type in the name of the product you want to add.
Then select the appropriate item from the options given.

If you click on “Continue Shopping”….
Notice that you are now editing your LRP Order
If you do not want to edit your Loyalty Order, click “Abandon Edits”
To add items to your Loyalty Order, use the Product Categories listed at the
top of the page
Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order
In each Product Category, there will be subcategories that help to divide the
product up and make it easier to find.
Simply click on a subcategory link to view items within that product line.
Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order
You can change the quantity of the item in the quantity box listed below the item.
To add an item to your cart, click the “Add to Cart” button beneath the item
you wish to purchase.
The two most recent items you have added will appear in the “Recently
Added” box in your Cart Summary

Once you have added all the items you want, click on “Go to Cart”

To save your changes and allow your Loyalty Order to process on its
scheduled date:
Click on “Save Changes.” Your changes will save and your Loyalty Order
will process as scheduled.

You will be then be directed back to the Shop Tab home, and a
confirmation notice will be given in red at the top
